How are payments handled?
Themes are sold through Lemon Squeezy.
How do I receive the theme files?
The theme files are supplied as a .zip file and are available to download after purchase.
How do I receive theme updates?
All theme updates are available for download in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Sendowl Customers If you purchased a theme before 17th March 2023 you will receive updates via Sendowl. If you wish to directly download the latest version please visit resend order link and enter your email. A new download link will be emailed to you.
Do I get free updates?
Yes! We regularly update our themes, this includes bug fixes, version updates and new features. You can see our extensive update history in the changelog on each themes product page. When themes are updated, we version them and they are available for download in the customer portal.
Are theme demos available?
Complete demos for each theme are available from their product pages.
Are design files included?
No, we design and build our themes in the browser, so no design files (Such as Figma, Sketch etc) are available.
Are themes mobile and tablet ready (Responsive)?
All themes are 100% responsive,
What browsers are supported?
All themes work on the latest major browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Safari & Edge.
Can I see the Pro License before purchasing?
Yes, you view the pro license online
